The club is rich in history and heritage which forms part of the identity that should be maintained
The club has a community element and with the current growth should put in mechanisms to protect and cultivate our community experience and culture
There needs to be a consolidated and sustainable drive toward establishing a home base for SWHC, short term and long term
Proposal
Collect information from club members and other stakeholders based on historical and forward looking perspectives to understand the needs of the club
Initiate a vision centered around establishing a home base for the club
Evaluate the information collected and frame solutions to establish a home base for the club
Investigate the feasibility of the solutions with a recommended outcome
Establish mechanism to achieve defined short term and long term goals in establishing a home base
